What can I do if I can't find the product I'm looking for on the website?

In this case, you can check the store locator. Here you will likely find a store near you who you can contact.

The item I want is out of stock. Will it be restocked?

Items are restocked regularly. You can always sign up by email to receive a notification when the product is available again. You can also check the nearest store, which you can find in our store locator.

Are the prices on the webshop inclusive of VAT?

All our prices include local VAT.

How much do I pay for shipping?

Shipping is free for orders in the Netherlands over €250. For orders under this amount, we charge €7,00. For more information about shipping costs outside the Netherlands, click here.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

We strive to dispatch all orders by the next business day at the latest. Within the Netherlands, delivery with GLS typically takes one day. Click here for more information about delivery times to other countries.

My package has not been delivered. What should I do now?

Exchanges & Returns

Can I exchange my order?

Yes, you can, the only way to do this is to return the item and place a new order for the desired item.

How do I return my purchase?

Dutch Customers:
A GLS return label is included with your order for easy returns. Simply affix the label to the package and drop it off at a GLS location. We recommend retaining proof of shipment until your return has been processed. The nearest GLS pick-up point can be found here.

International Customers:
For orders placed outside the Netherlands, customers are responsible for arranging and covering the return shipment themselves. Your package will include an address label only. Please note that this is not a prepaid return label. You are responsible for selecting the shipping carrier (e.g., DHL, GLS) and ensuring the return arrives at us safely.

If the address label is missing, you can always return your package to the following address: JAPAN TKY p/a ENDPRO, Rijnkade 186, 1382 GT WEESP.

General Return Guidelines:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Products should be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the return is received and inspected.

When will my return be processed?
